Obama Is Not President. ¹Act Accordingly.

My biggest concern for every citizen, all States, and the Federal government is the Constitutional crisis that began when Congress started treating Obama as if he were President and Commander-in-Chief at noon, January 20, 2009. We know Obama did not "qualify" (Amend. 20, Sec. 3) for the Office.

" if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified ..."

Article 4, Section 4, makes it clear that all State Representatives and Senators (the State legislatures and State Executive Offices) have the duty to their People to be vigilant in assuring that the Federal government always fulfills its duty ("guarantee") to provide a Republican (representative democracy) form of government to the States - who else would be first in line to monitor this guarantee to the States?.

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;"

Because Obama is not President, Obama voids one of the branches of our Republican form of government and does more than just cripple it; in addition to voiding, Obama, by definition of usurpation, is actively the greatest breach and threat to national security this nation has ever suffered. This is not just a figure of speech. Usurping the Federal Executive not only knocks out the third leg that itself supports the existence of the Constitution; it is also the ideal breach for the enemy to knock out the remaining support for our precious system of government.

See how Alexander Hamilton warned us about enemy Obama in 1788, "These most deadly adversaries of republican government" in Federalist Papers #68

"Nothing was more to be desired than that every practicable obstacle should be opposed to cabal, intrigue, and corruption. These most deadly adversaries of republican government might naturally have been expected to make their approaches from more than one quarter, but chiefly from the desire in foreign powers to gain an improper ascendant in our councils. How could they better gratify this, than by raising a creature of their own to the chief magistracy of the Union?"

Every State has a tremendous, unavoidable, and inexcusable duty to expose and fix this problem, given that all US Senators and Representatives reside in some State, a portion of the military is under the control of each and every State, the legislature of every State can easily inquire as to whether Obama qualified to its own electors, and US citizens dependent on the Constitution reside in some State.

As Obama cripples the guarantee (Art. 4, Sec. 4), Obama is therefore the enemy of the States and everyone who facilitates this usurpation by treating or labelling Obama as if 'President' therefore commits treason, even by the limited definition exclusive to the Constitution ("adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort" Art. 3, Sec. 3).

The "king" has no clothes and, until we are willing to pull our heads from the sand and speak plainly and openly, while we still can, that Obama is not President and begin acting accordingly to arrest him (not 'Impeach') and address the damage, we therefore must also be willing to defy our oaths to support the Constitution, lose our Constitution, and repeat the horrors we know too well as documented throughout history.

Any notion to wait until the next day, let alone next election, to fix this problem is no less contemptuous against the People. Keep in mind that "the People" are our family, loved ones, and neighbors. Every new day is an accumulation of illegitimacies that become more difficult to remedy.

Until you are willing to say the actual words, 'Obama is not President', don't expect the military to honor its oath to defend your Constitution, don't expect school boards to honor their oath and obey their own State laws to support the United States Constitution while teaching who the President is to your children, and don't expect any member of Congress to suddenly apologize and admit their horror in leaving their post as gatekeepers of our freedoms. It is up to the People. When the Constitution falls, the People must rise.
